Texas State Florists’ Association Announces 2025 Election Results
Newly elected leaders will begin their term of office on Sept. 1.
LEANDER, TEXAS (July 1, 2025) — On June 27-29, Texas State Florists’ Association (TSFA) members came together at the Texas Floral Expo in League City, where they participated in floral education, attended the TSFA Annual Meeting and voted in the annual election. Candidates for office addressed attendees on June 28, before the ballots were opened and eligible members voted on the elected leadership positions.
Membership was verified for each participant prior to voting. All votes were tabulated in accordance with the TSFA bylaws.
TSFA is now pleased to announce the following election results:
- President — Marisa Guerrero AIFD CFD TMF.
- Second Vice President — Tom Wolfe, Jr.
- Retail Director — Dawson Clark TMF.
- Retail Director — Tricia Won AIFD EMC IMF.
- Wholesale Director — Jeff Floyd.
On Sept. 1, the new and returning board members will assume their positions alongside Ed Fimbel CFD TMFA, who will transition from President to Immediate Past President; Amy Neugebauer AIFD CFD PFCI TMFA, who will automatically progress from Second Vice President to First Vice President; Retail Director Brandy Ferrer AIFD CFD TMF; and Grower Director Jimmy Klepac.
TSFA extends its gratitude to the following board members whose term of office concludes on Aug. 31: Immediate Past President Susan Piland AIFD CFD TMF, Retail Directors Yolanda Amos TMF and Iuliia Prokhorova CFD TMF, and Wholesale Director and Treasurer John Priest.
