LEANDER, TEXAS (May 1, 2025) — The Texas State Florists' Association (TSFA) invites florists, flower lovers and the East Texas community to journey through the looking glass at the 2025 Texas Floral Showcase in Tyler, where everything's coming up roses. This floral design presentation and immersive wonderland experience will take place on Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2025, at the picturesque Tyler Rose Garden Center.

Inspired by the whimsical world of Alice in Wonderland, the event promises an enchanting afternoon of floral artistry, tea service, creative inspiration and professional connections. "The Tyler Rose Garden Center is the ideal place for florists and floral enthusiasts to come together and learn about the art of floral design," said TSFA President Ed Fimbel, CFD, TMFA. "Deborah De La Flor has planned a great program, with something for every attendee, from those beginning to explore floristry to experienced designers."

Event Highlights

• A main stage floral design presentation by world-renowned designer Deborah De La Flor AIFD, CFD, PFCI.
• The Mad Hatter’s Elegant Tea, with curated boxes for afternoon tea service and charming tea stations.
• A Curiouser and Curiouser floral art exhibit, featuring installations by local flower shops and artists.
• The Madly Marvelous Tablescapes floral design competition, featuring previous Texas Designers of the Year. Attendees will vote for their favorite designer creation.
• A Floral Wonders and Whimsy Bar, offering attendees an interactive space to design floral accessories.
• The White Rabbit’s Marketplace, featuring products and services from floral industry sponsors.
• An optional hands-on floral design workshop, offering small group instruction from De La Flor.

Tickets for the Texas Floral Showcase presentation and wonderland experience are $50 for TSFA members and $85 for non-members, with an optional add-on for the hands-on workshop. Special rates available upon request for student groups.
