Wedding Bouquet and Flowers to Wear Workshop

Description

In this 1.5-day workshop, you will create several stunning bouquets that will advance your creativity and skill. Design a garden-style, hand-tied bouquet that can be creatively transformed into a trendy, bespoke bouquet. Explore innovative ways to design and feel confident in constructing an elegant, timeless cascade for today’s brides. On day two, create flowers to wear that will pair beautifully with these bridal bouquets.

Expert faculty Susan Piland AIFD, CFD, TMF, and Cheryl Vaughan CFD, PFCI, TMFA, will guide you through the following objectives:

  • Refine your spiral hand-tied skills.
  • Practice using new mechanics while designing a bespoke bouquet.
  • Gain proficiency with the mechanics used in classic cascade bouquets.
  • Sharpen your skills in preparation for unexpected floral requests from brides.
  • Discover the latest on trending flowers to wear. 

Make professional connections during the included lunch on Tuesday.
